About Me:
Resigned after 20 years in the corporate worlds to pursue my own eco friendly businessm, Green Earth Creations. I design and screen print on organic cotton t's and cloth bags messages about peace, the environment, human rights, gender equality, sexuality, veganism and spirituality. In addition I hand pour scented soyy wax candles.

In 2009 I'll be creating a non profit organization that advocates on behalf of persons that are homeless, in low income/no income, and the under served areas of Los Angeles County. More social services, more housing (permanent, transitional) and healthcare services - basic human rights for all- an ethical lifestyle-sustainable for earth and for all of us. The organization will be called the Free World Council.

Currently I volunteer at the Downtown Womens Ctr in Skid Row. I've met many beautiful, intelligent, passionate women at DWC that have a safe heaven there. Many people are uninformed about people that are homeless. Such events typically occur after a series of traumatic events. The biggest struggle for those living without a home is the feeling of begin without a voice. There is where I lend mine. Will you also do the same?

In 2010 I plan to run for a State Assembly seat as a member of the Green Party. I believe more people must become politically active in order to get us back on track and in balance within nature, and with opportunity for all. I firmly believe that more women, in particular, should get involved too.

I am glad to be a Mar Vista resident.
