- I was born in East Los Angeles. My husband moved here from Philadelphia when he was 16. We both graduated from UCLA.
We've lived in the neighborhood since 1967. We've raised our two children here, one is now a physician and the other owner of his own business. We've been active members of the community, and love living here.
