Event Description

Join local bee lovers on August 20th for a special screening of Vanishing of the Bees at the Mar Vista Library.  The Beekeepers Flashmob returns to celebrate National Honeybee Awareness Day.

Dress up like a beekeeper, a bee, wear yellow & black. Come get your picture taken on HoneyLove's sustainable YELLOW CARPET sponsored by bentleyprincestreet.com.

2-3pm Photobooth Flashmob Outreach 
3-5pm Film Intro & Screening

The screening is hosted by HoneyLove, a nonprofit conservation organization founded by Mar Vista natives Chelsea and Rob McFarland with a mission to protect the honeybees and inspire and educate new urban beekeepers.
