Peach Tree Pottery announces its 5th Annual Holiday Art Show & Sale in Early December.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, December 4th and Sunday, December 5th, from Noon to 5 pm both days.
This local Mar Vista gallery and studio (where potter Linda Mechanic teaches adults and children to throw on the potter’s wheel) has long been a haven for artists to show and sell their work.
The 2-day event, which is FREE and open to the general public, will feature one-of-a-kind works of 14 local artists, with handmade art pieces and gifts starting as low as $5.00.
Gallery visitors are asked to bring an unwrapped child’s toy or unopened pet food/toy/supply item clean towels and blankets too) for donation to local charities.
The show will highlight a large selection of unique gifts from Linda Mechanic (pottery), Ann Howley (photography & photographic cards), Christine Mason Miller (mixed media & books), Barb Skoog/Hope’s Flame (candles), Marion Ring (pottery), Willie Hjorth (jewelry), Jeffrey Greathouse (ceramics), Glen Heidenreich (drawings), Andrea Kirk (photography), Debbie Hoover (crocheted clothing), Jon Kondrath (pottery), Patty Lemke (photography), Patricia Housen (pottery), and Barbara Ryan (weaving/scarves/wall hangings).
